TADENI – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
   1.1 By using our website or placing an order with TADENI Limited (“TADENI”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
   1.2 These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced on our website.
2. Definitions
   “Customer” means any person purchasing goods from TADENI.
   “Goods” means any products sold by TADENI.
   “Order” means a request placed by you to purchase Goods.
   “Contract” means the agreement formed between you and TADENI once your order is accepted.
3. Basis of Contract
   3.1 Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase Goods.
   3.2 A Contract is only formed once your order has been accepted and dispatched.
   3.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order at our discretion.
   3.4 By placing an order, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
4. Products
   4.1 Products are described on our website.
   4.2 Images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours and details may vary slightly.
   4.3 Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be changed.
5. Delivery
   5.1 We offer domestic and international shipping.
   5.2 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
   5.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. TADENI is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
   5.4 Delivery is considered complete once the goods have been marked as delivered.
   5.5 We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
6. Quality and Faulty Goods
   6.1 We ensure our Goods are of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
   6.2 If an item is faulty, you must notify us within a reasonable time.
   6.3 All faulty claims are subject to inspection. If confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
7. Returns and Refunds
   7.1 You have the right to return items within 14 days in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
   7.2 Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
   7.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. TADENI does not provide prepaid return labels.
   7.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In certain cases, store credit may be offered.
   7.5 We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
8. Exchanges
   We offer exchanges subject to availability. If unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
9. Title and Risk
   9.1 Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.
   9.2 Ownership of Goods remains with TADENI until full payment is received.
10. Cancellations
    You may request to cancel an order by contacting hello@tadeni.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
11. Liability
    11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
    11.2 Subject to this, TADENI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.
    11.3 Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the Goods.
12. Intellectual Property
    All content, designs, branding, and materials on this website are owned by TADENI and may not be used without permission.
13. General
    13.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TADENI.
    13.2 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
    13.3 We may update these Terms at any time.
14. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
